What We Do

RTF® offers Equity Consulting Support and Services (ECSS) to Districts and educational organizations in need of transformative change to address persistent disparities in learner outcomes. We partner with our clients to design and implement systemic changes in pursuit of equitable educational outcomes for all students.

Why We Do It

We believe that equity means realizing the historical and systemic disparities in opportunities and outcomes, and providing the resources and actions necessary to correct those disparities.

How We Do It

Through the RTF® Rigorous Transformational Framework, we engage our experience and expertise to develop our clients’ ability to render equitable outcomes on District, Site and School levels, creating multi-tiered and self-sustaining results.

Our Values:

In the tradition of the Masai tribe in what is today recognized as Kenya, community members use the phrase “Kasserian Ingera” (“How are the children?”) as a traditional greeting.

At RTF® , we unapologetically center the below values in our work as we strive for the day when we can answer “Sapati Ingera” (“All the children are well”).

Hello to our Community!

On behalf of the RTF® Team, welcome to our newly relaunched website. In preparation for our 25th anniversary this January, and as an acknowledgement to decades of work supporting our clients and educational entities across the United States, the RTF team has exciting news in store.

As our clients and community members know, the RTF team has been dedicated to cultivating brilliance for all students since our inception in 1999. We have assisted school sites, districts and organizations to build thriving programs, curriculum, and accountability systems to ensure equitable outcomes for all students. As one parent shared with us, “I know my child will thrive at their school because of the work RTF has done there.”

Over the past few years, our team came to the conclusion that improving schools one program, one summer, one department at a time, simply isn’t enough. Our children- your children- deserve more. We began contributing our expertise to school districts, ensuring that we are able to architect transformative change on a district level. Our mission is to ensure that Families, Caregivers & Guardians no longer have to identify the “safe” schools in a district for their children- when we support a District or educational entity, we commit to building thriving systems that reach all stakeholders.
